THE MINDFUL TEEN GROUP (13-17 years)

REGISTRATION FULL

“The Mindful Teen” program is designed to equip adolescents with the vital skill of  becoming attuned to their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the present moment. Over the course of this 6-week program, teens will harness their innate curiosity to enhance their capacity to notice and observe their reactions to stress. This invaluable self-awareness will empower them to manage their emotions effectively, cultivate compassion and empathy, bolster their relationships with peers and adults, and boost their self-confidence and self-esteem.

Our hope is to foster these benefits, enabling adolescents to lead happier, healthier lives by providing them with the tools to navigate everyday stressors and respond thoughtfully to life’s challenges.
