TRIPLE P FAMILY TRANSITIONS GROUP
REGISTRATION CLOSED
“Family Transitions Triple P is a positive parenting program that helps you protect your child from the impact of divorce or separation.
Over five weeks, in small group sessions with a Family Transitions provider, you will explore everything from stress and anger management, to how to communicate better with your ex-partner.
Your Family Transitions Triple P provider will give you new ideas about managing the day-to-day struggles and ongoing trauma of your situation. It is not a mediation program, so you attend without your ex-partner”.

THE MINDFUL TEEN GROUP (13-17 years)
REGISTRATION FULL
“The Mindful Teen” program is designed to equip adolescents with the vital skill of becoming attuned to their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations in the present moment. Over the course of this 6-week program, teens will harness their innate curiosity to enhance their capacity to notice and observe their reactions to stress. This invaluable self-awareness will empower them to manage their emotions effectively, cultivate compassion and empathy, bolster their relationships with peers and adults, and boost their self-confidence and self-esteem.
Our hope is to foster these benefits, enabling adolescents to lead happier, healthier lives by providing them with the tools to navigate everyday stressors and respond thoughtfully to life’s challenges.
